Full Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated IT Support & Warehouse Technology Specialist who is passionate about technology, enjoys building and troubleshooting computers, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, lean startup environment.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who may not have a traditional IT degree but has demonstrated curiosity, technical ability, and a willingness to learn by doing. The ideal candidate enjoys taking on challenges, figuring out how systems work, and finding creative ways to improve technology solutions that support daily business operations.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with warehouse technology, including Zebra printers, Windows desktop and laptop systems, wireless connectivity, and IT asset management. This position is ideal for someone who likes to get their hands dirty, troubleshoot problems, and continuously improve processes through practical solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Zebra printers and warehouse printing solutions.
Diagnose and repair printer issues, including connectivity, hardware, and software-related problems.
Set up Windows desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and user workstations.
Support employee onboarding by preparing technology equipment and ensuring users have the tools needed to be successful.
Maintain accurate inventory and tracking of all IT assets, including computers, printers, scanners, UniFi networking equipment, and other technology resources.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues, identify areas for improvement, and help optimize wireless performance throughout the warehouse.
Identify and resolve issues where devices or systems are not properly connecting or registering within the network environment.
Support warehouse technology systems and help ensure operational uptime.
Document solutions, create processes, and develop repeatable troubleshooting methods.
Research new technology solutions and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.
Partner with operations teams to understand challenges and implement practical technology solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience installing, configuring, or repairing Zebra printers (ZPL knowledge is a plus).
Experience setting up Windows computers, workstations, and user devices.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi connectivity, IP addressing, and device communication.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
Experience managing IT assets and maintaining accurate equipment records.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research solutions when answers are not immediately available.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and supporting technology in an operational setting.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, squat, walk, and maneuver throughout warehouse areas for 8–10 hours per day
Ability to safely move throughout a warehouse environment, including stairs and stepladders
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform physical tasks including moving inventory, stocking products, and standing for extended periods of time

Schedule:

The anticipated schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Compensation and Benefits:

$19.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience
