$1,000 sign on bonus (paid after 3 months successful employment)

Mental Health Therapist / Licensure Candidate – Helena, MT

We are expanding our clinical team in Helena and are seeking licensed mental health therapists as well as licensure-track candidates who are passionate about providing high‑quality, client‑centered care. Our practice offers a supportive environment, strong administrative backing, and a compensation model that rewards your time, effort, and commitment to your clients.

What You’ll Do

As a clinician on our team, you will:

Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence‑based approaches aligned with your training and style
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Manage a caseload that fits your preferred schedule and capacity
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings as needed
Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Montana Board requirements

Additional Responsibilities for Licensure Candidates

If you are pursuing licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.), you will also:

Meet regularly with your assigned clinical supervisor
Track and document supervised hours in accordance with Montana licensing rules
Actively engage in professional development and skill‑building
Commit to remaining with the practice for one year after full licensure is obtained

We handle billing, scheduling support, and administrative tasks so you can focus on your clients.
