Full Job Description

About the Role:

Grip Clean is looking for a creative, tech-savvy person to help us grow our online presence, improve our product listings, create better visuals, and use AI tools to move faster as a company.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys design, e-commerce, AI tools, social media, and learning new technology. You do not need to be an expert in every area on day one. We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into a bigger marketing and e-commerce role over time.

You will work closely with our team to help launch new products, improve Shopify and Amazon listings, create or edit marketing assets, coordinate with freelancers, and help test new AI tools and workflows.

Local candidates are preferred because we would love to have someone who can work with us in person, see the products, understand the brand, and collaborate closely. However, we are open to the right remote candidate if they are highly skilled and a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Working On:

In this role, you will help with a mix of creative, e-commerce, and AI-powered marketing projects, including:

Updating and improving product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other online platforms.
Helping launch new products online with strong images, descriptions, and product content.
Editing or creating product images, Amazon listing graphics, labels, case labels, and marketing visuals.
Using AI tools to help create product content, social media ideas, images, workflows, and internal tools.
Working with outside designers, freelancers, SEO partners, and marketing vendors to keep projects moving.
Helping improve our website, product pages, and online shopping experience.
Supporting social media content, AI-generated creative, and marketing campaigns.
Learning and helping with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub, Supabase, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other modern software platforms.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal person is creative, organized, and comfortable with technology. You might come from a background in graphic design, e-commerce, social media, content creation, marketing, AI tools, or general tech.

We care more about your ability to learn, solve problems, and create quality work than having a perfect resume.

You may be a great fit if you:

Have a strong eye for design, layout, branding, and visuals.
Enjoy using AI tools and learning new software.
Are comfortable editing images, graphics, product content, or marketing materials.
Are detail-oriented and can keep product information organized.
Like working on different types of projects instead of doing the same thing every day.
Can communicate clearly with freelancers, designers, and team members.
Are excited about e-commerce, online marketing, and growing a brand.
Are resourceful and willing to figure things out.

Helpful Experience:

Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required in every area:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms.
ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Midjourney, Runway, or other AI tools.
GitHub, Supabase, no-code tools, low-code tools, automation tools, or basic coding workflows.
SEO, product listings, Amazon content, or website content.
Social media content creation or paid ads.
Product photography, product image editing, or packaging design.

What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role means our product listings look better, new products get launched faster, creative projects move more smoothly, AI tools are being used effectively, and our marketing systems become more organized over time.

You will not be expected to know everything immediately. The right person will grow into the role, learn our products and systems, and become a trusted go-to person for creative, e-commerce, and AI-driven marketing work.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
