We are looking for a Part TIme Nursing Insturctor

At Las Vegas College, we are building a Culture of Excellence grounded in student support, accountability, and academic rigor. Nursing education is more than teaching skills — it’s about preparing compassionate, competent professionals who will care for others when it matters most. We are seeking a Nursing Instructor who is passionate about education, student success, and developing the next generation of nurses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by guiding students through their academic and professional journey with knowledge, integrity, and heart.

Your Purpose

Deliver engaging classroom, lab, and/or clinical instruction aligned with approved curriculum and program outcomes
Support student learning through clear expectations, coaching, and timely feedback
Coach and mentor students through academic challenges and professional growth
Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic documentation
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to support student success and program excellence
Serve as a professional role model, demonstrating ethical nursing practice and professionalism
