Full Job Description

We are looking for a long-term Private Meal Prep Chef to help support our family's health and lifestyle.

Our goal is simple: make eating well effortless.

We travel frequently between cities, so we are looking for someone who can prepare exceptional meals on a flexible schedule while maintaining consistent quality every week.

This is not a traditional private chef position where meals are cooked and served in our home. This role focuses on shopping, meal preparation, packaging, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Prepare meals based on our Family Food Manual.
Follow our nutrition philosophy and ingredient standards.
Shop for groceries using a company-provided corporate card & submit grocery receipts after each shopping trip.
Purchase only approved ingredients.
Prepare meals in a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
Portion meals according to our macro guidelines.
Label every meal with who for, meal name, date prepared, macros
Deliver prepared meals to our home.

Scheduling

Our schedule changes frequently.

Each week:

Sunday evening, we will confirm meal needs for Monday through Wednesday.
Wednesday evening, we will confirm meal needs for Thursday through Sunday.

Typical meal preparation will cover 3-4 days at a time depending on our travel schedule.

Compensation

Compensation is based on the number of meal days prepared.

Groceries are to be purchased using our corporate card.

Daily Labor Rates:

First Adult: $85 per meal day
Additional Adult: $45 per meal day

The daily labor rate includes all services required to prepare each meal day, including:

Menu planning
Grocery shopping
Meal preparation
Portioning
Packaging
Labeling
Delivery
Receipt reconciliation

Example:

If meals are prepared for two adults for three days:

First Adult: 3 × $85 = $255
Second Adult: 3 × $45 = $135

Total Labor: $390

Our Food Philosophy

We eat mostly animal-based using the highest-quality ingredients available.

Meals should be delicious, easy to reheat, and made from exceptional ingredients.

Ideal Candidate

Understands macros and portioning.

Experience with luxury clients, private households, nutrition, or performance-focused meal preparation is a plus but not required.

What Success Looks Like

Opening our refrigerator should feel like opening the refrigerator of a luxury wellness retreat.

Every meal should be thoughtfully prepared, beautifully organized, clearly labeled, and ready to enjoy.

Our goal is to remove decision-making from healthy eating while never compromising on quality.

Pay: From $85.00 per day
