Job Description

MMCT Inc. is looking for a motivated who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the restoration and construction industry. This position works directly alongside our Project Manager/Estimator, assisting with project coordination, customer communication, documentation, scheduling, and estimating.

No previous estimating experience is required—we are willing to train the right individual. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to learn new skills.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
Return calls to customers, insurance companies, and other project contacts.
Enter detailed job notes into company software.
Submit required documentation to insurance companies and third-party administrators.
Work within the Contractor Connection platform to manage project requirements.
Create new job folders and complete project intake forms.
Assist with scheduling appointments, inspections, and project timelines.
Organize and label project photos for proper documentation.
Maintain accurate digital project files and records.
Coordinate with office staff, field technicians, subcontractors, and project managers.
Monitor project progress and assist with administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Learn Xactimate estimating software and assist with estimate preparation (training provided).
Perform other administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Construction or restoration experience is a plus but not required.
