Full Job Description

Looking for a meaningful and FUN position changing the lives of children? ACCG is dedicated the helping children and families. If you have a high school diploma, GED, or above and a passion for helping others, ACCG is excited to talk with you. You do not need any prior experience. We provide all the training and supervision you need! You will be able to acquire and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician with the training and supervision you receive.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant
- Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic interventions to individuals with a mental health diagnosis such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with skill acquisition, including communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Support clients in community outings and social activities
- Collaborate with the Behavior Consultant and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively after training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
