Full Job Description

My client a large health system on the Gulf Coast of Florida is seeking a Permanent Onsite Human Resources Director to join their team. To be considered for the position candidates must have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership, and experience leading multiple HR specialty areas such as HRIS, compensation and employee relations to name a few. In addition, candidates must have leadership experience as an HR Manager or Director working in health systems that have 500+ beds and at least 3000+ employees to be considered. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous compensation package including: base salary, full relocation, annual bonus potential, and excellent benefits.
