Role Overview

Garnier Thiebaut is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with a strong focus on graphic design. This position is responsible for designing and producing print and digital marketing materials for the company’s Retail and Hospitality divisions while maintaining a consistent Garnier Thiebaut brand identity.

The role includes the creation of catalogs, flyers, presentations, packaging, email campaigns, and other branded materials, as well as supporting website updates, promotional campaigns, photoshoots, image retouching, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including catalogs, flyers, presentations, packaging, mailings, merchandise, and other branded materials.
Create and develop Retail and Hospitality e-blast campaigns.
Create and update content for Amazon A+ layouts, spec images, and storefront graphics.
Maintain website content, including product collections, news, imagery, and other updates.
Coordinate and support product and lifestyle photoshoots and assist with other digital marketing projects as needed.
Create and maintain marketing and sales tools and keep digital marketing resources and inventory organized and up to date.
Support product launches and monthly Retail and Hospitality promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with outside vendors for printing, promotional materials, displays and other marketing needs.
Develop marketing materials for Retail and Hospitality trade shows and assist with show preparation and execution.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of proven Graphic Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong image retouching and editing skills.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency.
Experience designing print materials, including catalogs, flyers, and packaging.
Experience creating digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media graphics, and website content.
Experience with video editing software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams.
Flexible and able to support changing priorities and urgent needs.

*This position is full-time, in-office five days per week.

Hiring Process

This position will have a three round interview process with a practical design skills test (for internal review only).
