Career Opportunity! Join the Fillmore Garden Apartments team! We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), outgoing, professional, and committed individual with exceptional sales talent to be part of our vibrant 559-unit community in South Arlington

JOB OVERVIEW:

The individual in this position is responsible for maximizing occupancy by joyfully leasing apartments and effectively marketing the community.

As the main point of contact the Leasing Professional:

Warmly engage with prospective residents and highlight the benefits of our stunning apartment homes
Ensure model and rent-ready apartments are in top condition
Show apartments, explain pricing, close leases, and process applications accurately and on time
Coordinate marketing efforts, conduct outreach, and follow up on leads
Support the property manager as needed

What We Are Looking For in the Ideal Candidate:

Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality
Strong sales skills and ability to overcome objections
Detail-oriented with accurate and timely application processing
Professional appearance, dependable, excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task, have fun, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1 (one) year strong sales experience (preferably in the hospitality or high-end retail industry)
Outstanding SALES Skills
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
Must be available to work Saturdays. Sunday availability may be necessary at times
Solid customer service skills
Excellent business communication skills (verbal, written, computer proficiency)
Comfortable with virtual & video meetings with prospective residents.
Strong administrative skills, incl. organizational skills and ability to focus on details
Professional, polished appearance and conduct at all times
Must be confident and comfortable managing and resolving resident concerns
·Must be able to assist with and perform many resident related administrative functions, including creating gift baskets & delivering gifts, conducting unit inspections, creating electronic keys for new move ins, and more
Be able to accurately prepare and have knowledge of lease-related documents
Have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (to do weekly outreach)

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience RealPage/OneSite and Knock
General event planning and/or resident event planning
Up-to-date NALP / CALP certification or similar

Schedule

40 hours per week, 5 days per week, including most Saturdays
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:oo PM
occasional evenings for scheduled resident events

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $18.50 to $19.50 (depending on experience) + leasing commissions
