Job Overview
A billing clerk at a telephone and internet company typically performs a variety of tasks related to managing customer accounts and billing information. Their duties may include:

Processing Customer Invoices: Generating and issuing bills to customers for telephone and internet services, ensuring the accuracy of charges based on usage, plans, and any discounts or promotions.
Account Management: Maintaining and updating customer billing records, including personal information, payment history, and service plans.
Payment Processing: Receiving payments from customers via various methods (credit/debit cards, checks, online payments), and recording these transactions accurately.
