GAF Equipment | Forklift Dealership

GAF Equipment, a well-established forklift dealership generating $6M+ in annual revenue, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Office Lead to oversee our daily financial and administrative operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

About the Role

As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations — managing the company's finances, ensuring smooth day-to-day banking and accounting processes, and leading a team of 5–6 office staff. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting skills with natural leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Payroll: Manage all banking activities, including processing payroll accurately and on time
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee AP/AR functions, ensuring timely payments and collections
Account Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor and analyze cash flow to support sound business decision-making
Insurance Conformity: Ensure company insurance policies and practices remain compliant with requirements
Team Leadership: Supervise and support an office staff of 5–6 employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, accounting, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of payroll, AP/AR, and account reconciliation processes
Experience with cash flow analysis and financial reporting
Familiarity with insurance compliance requirements a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience — we're looking for the right candidate and are prepared to invest accordingly.
