Shifts Available

Full-Time 1st Shift (7 am- 3:30pm) Must be able to work the weekends. (Preferred at least 1 year of behavioral experience for this shift)
Full-Time 2nd Shift (3 pm- 11:30pm) Must be able to work the weekends. (Preferred at least 1 year of behavioral experience for this shift)
Full-Time 3rd Shift (11 pm - 7:30 am)

About us

We are an APD Licensed Behavior Focus Group Home Company that work with Developmentally Disabled Adults. Staff would be responsible for medical care, Companion & Residential Services, daily living care, meal time prep, administration of medication, and housekeeping. Staff would have to be comfortable with dealing with physical behaviors and be willing to complete PCM training, which would include physically maneuvering consumers if needed to de-escalate aggressive or inappropriate behavior.

Employees are REQUIRED to have:

MUST HAVE Over 1 year of verifiable Direct Care/Home Health/ Behavior Associate

MANDATORY High School Diploma

Current Local Background Check

MANDATORY Current Level 2 Background Screening (Fingerprinting)

As an APD-licensed Group Home, we are required to maintain adequate supervision for our residents at all times. Because of this, this position includes a mandatory stay-over policy. If the next scheduled staff member is unable to report for their shift, the person currently on duty may be required to remain on shift until coverage is secured. This could involve staying past your scheduled hours or completing an additional shift to ensure compliance with state regulations and the safety of our residents. Are you able to meet this requirement as part of your role?
