Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed.
Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing area.
Help with basic kitchen cleaning tasks including sweeping floors, wiping counters, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely turnover of dishes and maintain workflow efficiency.
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance.
Assist with catering or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and supporting event service when required.
Contribute to a welcoming hospitality environment by maintaining a positive attitude and working efficiently as part of the team.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or moving supplies.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of basic food handling procedures; experience with catering or banquet services is a plus.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, ovens, or prep stations is advantageous.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a busy culinary environment.
A proactive attitude with the willingness to take on various responsibilities in support of the kitchen team.
