With over 38 years of experience with State Farm, our leadership brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of success. Today, we consistently rank in the top 2% of agencies company-wide and are a recognized leader in our local market as well as nationally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Able to learn computer functions
