About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are looking for a Traveling Patient Administration Coordinator to support the team with on-site coverage for front desk roles within our offices in DFW. As a Patient Administration Coordinator, you are the first impression for our patients. We prioritize a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service to ensure every patient has a positive first impression and experience. Medical experience isn't required; we prioritize excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technology.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
Prepare patient charts and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
Assist the Advocacy cost team by verifying insurance for oral appliance shipments.
Manage deliveries, maintain spreadsheet tracking, and oversee case movement across DFW locations.
Execute time-sensitive administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
Commitment tomaintainingprofessionalism and confidentiality.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between DFW sites based on operational needs.
