Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

We know how easy it is for therapists to burn out in this field. That’s why we’ve built a practice where culture comes first. We handle the heavy administrative lifting so you can focus on what you actually went to school for: deeply connecting with people and guiding them toward growth.

What the Role Looks Like

We are looking for a full-time or part-time therapist to join our growing family. In this role, you won't just be checking boxes or filling a quota. You will have the autonomy to build a caseload that matches your clinical passions, whether that is working with kids, adults, couples, or families.

Your day-to-day will focus on:

True Connection: Conducting intake conversations and holding space for clients using the modalities you love, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Play Therapy. Bring your unique toolkit!
Collaborative Care: Partnering with clients to figure out what healing answers look like for them, and celebrating their milestones along the way.
The Necessary Stuff: Keeping clean, ethical, and timely documentation (we keep this as streamlined and headache-free as possible).
Team Collaboration: Showing up for team consultations, sharing insights, and growing alongside a supportive group of peers.

Who You Are

You genuinely care about human connection and want to practice in a place that respects your clinical intuition. You’re looking for a workplace where you can ask questions without judgment and laugh with your colleagues between sessions.

The Essentials:

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
An active license to practice in Texas (Fully licensed or Associate).
A solid understanding of ethical boundaries, HIPAA, and the importance of timely notes.
A commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care.
