StrongHaven is a rapidly growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and we're looking for exceptional individuals to join our team.

This role is designed as a long-term career opportunity—not simply an operations position. As our firm continues to grow, successful team members will have the opportunity to advance into leadership roles in Investment Operations, Client Advisory, and Practice Management.

What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsive, proactive service.
Open and onboard new client accounts.
Process ACAT transfers, money movements, journals, and wire requests.
Maintain brokerage, retirement, trust, and advisory accounts.
Assist advisors with financial planning preparation and analysis.
Prepare client meeting materials and follow-up items.
Coordinate with custodians, CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals.
Maintain CRM records and operational workflows.
Support investment operations, trading, and account servicing.
Help improve internal processes as the firm continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

Experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, financial planning firm, banking, or investment operations is strongly preferred but not required.

Licensing

Candidates must hold or obtain the following within 90 days of employment.

Series 65 License - candidates who hold a series 7 must obtain their series 66
Colorado Life & Health Insurance License

We support licensing, continuing education, and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

$67,000–$80,000 starting salary, depending on experience
