Full Job Description

· Full-time, 35 hours per week.

· Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:00. These times include a one hour unpaid lunch break. There may be times when working later into the evening would be required to cover when other clerical staff members are off.

· Located at our main office in Hillsboro. Working at our Litchfield satellite office may be needed on occasion.

· Starting pay is $16.00 an hour.

· Retirement is through IMRF.

· Benefit time includes 10 vacation days, 12 sick days, & 2 personal days, and 13 paid holidays.

· Optional health insurance, as well as dental and vision, is available.

· Daily direct contact with the public, in person and over the phone, is required.

· Must be familiar with computer usage, including Word, Excel, Internet, and be capable of learning other program specific software.

· Must possess excellent people skills, be a team player, have the ability to multi-task, and be flexible and dependable.

· Must be thorough, organized, and detail oriented.

· Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic.

· Must possess excellent customer service skills.

· This position will be trained on duties in various departments, including WIC, Behavioral Health, and Public Health. They will also assist the public with Medicare D enrollment.
