We are now hiring a Business Office Manager to join our team at The Ackerly at Reed’s Crossing!

What You’ll Do:

Oversee resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial reporting
Support employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
Maintain accurate resident and employee files and compliance documentation
Supervise front desk team (hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management)
Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations within the community.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree
Bookkeeping/accounting experience required
Working knowledge of accounting principles and office systems
Experience with benefits administration preferred
Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
