We specialize in managing vascular diseases, musculoskeletal pain, and diabetes, with a focus on providing comprehensive and compassionate care. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative treatments to help our patients achieve optimal health.

Position Summary

The Administrative Manager, Pain & Musculoskeletal Services serves as the operational and administrative leader responsible for supporting the growth, performance, and strategic initiatives of the Pain & Musculoskeletal service line. This position partners closely with physicians, operational leadership, business development, marketing, revenue cycle, and clinical teams to drive operational excellence, enhance patient access, improve provider productivity, and support service line expansion.

The Administrative Manager acts as a central point of coordination for service line operations, strategic projects, performance monitoring, physician engagement, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment across departments and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Service Line Operations

Support the day-to-day operational performance of the Pain & Musculoskeletal service line.
Coordinate and facilitate service line initiatives, projects, and operational priorities.
Assist with the development, implementation, and optimization of workflows, policies, and operational best practices.
Monitor provider schedules, patient access, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced patient care delivery.

Communication & Coordination

Serve as a liaison between physicians, operational leaders, clinical teams, business development, marketing, and revenue cycle departments.
Facilitate communication, follow-up, and execution of service line priorities and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Foster strong working relationships across departments to support organizational objectives.

Process Improvement & Workflow Development

Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workflow enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Support implementation of technology solutions, reporting tools, and operational optimization projects.
Assist in standardizing processes across locations to improve consistency and efficiency.

Performance Management & Reporting

Monitor and analyze service line performance metrics, including patient volume, provider productivity, access, scheduling efficiency, and financial performance.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
Create and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service line growth.
Track project outcomes and key performance indicators to ensure organizational goals are met.

Strategic Growth & Business Development

Support growth initiatives through collaboration with business development and marketing teams.
Assist in identifying opportunities for market expansion, new service offerings, and physician recruitment.
Participate in strategic planning efforts to support service line growth and competitive positioning.
Help coordinate physician outreach, referral development, and community engagement activities.

Financial & Revenue Cycle Support

Partner with revenue cycle teams to monitor reimbursement trends, denial management, and collections performance.
Assist with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
Identify operational opportunities to improve revenue capture and financial performance.
Support initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Leadership & Team Support

Provide administrative leadership and support to physicians and operational teams.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Assist with onboarding, training, and development of staff within the service line.
Support organizational change management initiatives and operational transitions.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare operations, practice management, service line management, or healthcare administration experience.
Experience supporting physician practices, ambulatory care, pain management, orthopedics, physical medicine, or musculoskeletal services preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, patient access, and performance management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools, and healthcare information systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and support strategic growth initiatives.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
Occasional travel between practice locations may be required.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
