Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16.90 –$17.90 per hour (based on experience) + Employee Monthly Sales Incentives + Store Performance Incentives

What You'll Do

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store, driving sales, coaching employees, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Create an exceptional customer experience by delivering outstanding service
Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
Schedule employees and manage daily staffing needs
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing employee development
Ensure compliance with Cricket Wireless and company policies and procedures
Oversee inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and store operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve store performance

Full-Time position
Weekend and evening availability required
