Office Coordinator

Location: Cottonwood Heights, UT (Onsite)

Position Overview

The Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. This position supports daily office operations, sales support activities, team member services, travel coordination, and administrative projects across the business.

This is more than a traditional front desk role—you'll play an important part in keeping the team organized, supporting project and sales efforts, and helping the office run smoothly.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and have visibility into multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily office operations and maintain a professional, organized workplace.
Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, calls, deliveries, and general office needs.
Coordinate office supplies, inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Support sales efforts through prequalification packages, bid requests, sample coordination, and administrative support.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Assist with onboarding, training records, certifications, and organizational documentation.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate company assets, devices, and workplace resources.
Support inventory management, promotional items, and office supplies.
Support leadership and team members with special projects and business initiatives.

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or related experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach.

Position Details

Full-Time, Onsite
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Starting Pay: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience + annual bonus oppertunity
Additional compensation available based on experience and qualifications
