Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic office team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage office operations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate projects and administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering necessary materials as needed.
- Use Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide customer support, answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a medical office or real estate administrative setting preferred.
- Proficiency in computerizing office tasks and using Google Suite.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in office management and coordination is highly valued.
