Account Manager – Promotional Products & Decorated Apparel

Join Our Growing Team in Marietta

We are a fast-growing corporate branding company specializing in promotional products, decorated apparel, signage, branded PPE, and more. We help businesses bring their brands to life by putting their logos on products people use, wear, and remember.

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers. This is a hands-on role combining account service, inside sales, order management, and production coordination. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and managing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.

Experience in promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, or decorated apparel is highly preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is also a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

Manage customer accounts from initial inquiry through order completion
Build lasting client relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable service
Help customers select promotional products, apparel, and branding solutions that meet their goals and budgets
Prepare quotes, enter orders, and confirm product specifications, pricing, quantities, artwork, and deadlines
Coordinate with internal production, design, purchasing, billing, and support teams
Communicate customer requirements clearly and accurately throughout the order process
Educate customers about our products, services, decoration methods, and capabilities
Monitor orders and proactively address questions, changes, or potential delays
Resolve customer concerns professionally and follow through to a satisfactory outcome
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services
Help improve internal processes and the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service, account management, inside sales, or order-management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional, dependable, and highly collaborative approach
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active orders and deadlines
Careful attention to detail—accuracy is essential when working with artwork, product specifications, pricing, and production requirements
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Comfort learning and using proprietary order-management software
Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Experience

Promotional products or branded merchandise
Screen printing, embroidery, or decorated apparel
Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator or Photoshop
Signage or visual communications
Consultative sales, quoting, or account growth
