Full Job Description

Marketing Manager – Consumer & B2B

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for AcuRite Products across both consumer and B2B channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across retail, ecommerce, and business-to-business segments in North America.

As a key contributor within a growing consumer products organization, this individual will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—translating market insights into impactful campaigns that resonate with end consumers, retail partners, and commercial customers alike. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, with a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and experience supporting product-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support company growth objectives across consumer, ecommerce, retail, and B2B channels
Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing AcuRite products
Partner with Sales and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and product roadmaps

Consumer Marketing

Lead brand-building initiatives to grow awareness, engagement, and loyalty among end users
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including paid media, email, social, and content marketing
Optimize ecommerce marketing performance across retailer platforms and direct-to-consumer channels
Support key seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g., holidays, weather-related events, peak selling periods)

B2B Marketing

Develop targeted marketing programs to support distributors, dealers, and commercial customers
Create sales enablement tools including presentations, sell sheets, case studies, and product training materials
Partner with Sales to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth in B2B segments
Support trade shows, industry events, and partner marketing initiatives

Retail & Channel Marketing

Collaborate with retail partners to execute co-marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Ensure consistent brand representation across in-store and online retail environments
Support key accounts with tailored marketing strategies that drive sell-through

Content & Brand Management

Oversee development of compelling product content, including packaging, product detail pages, videos, and digital assets
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners as needed

Analytics & Performance

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI across all channels
Leverage data and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness
Monitor competitive landscape, customer trends, and industry best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Management on launches, positioning, and lifecycle marketing
Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a strong end-to-end customer experience
Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and forecast marketing impact

QualificationsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products or durable goods
Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of ecommerce, retail marketing, and digital channels
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with retail partners such as big-box or specialty retailers
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, retailer.com ecosystems)
Experience in weather-related, outdoor, or home technology products
Background in a mid-sized or growth-stage company

Reporting Structure

This position will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing; but will work cross functionally with sales, product, internal marketing resources and outside vendors.
