Credit Repair Sales Closer

20% Commission - $1,800 to $3,600 Ticket - Senior-Level Credit Repair Background Only

5+ Years Credit Repair Experience - $8,000+/Month Target - $120K-$180K/Year Path

100% remote. Warm leads provided. Straightforward 20% commission with no ceiling.

You work warm leads only. Paid ads, live transfers from our opener team, and booked appointments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

007 Credit Agent has been in business for 11 years, served over 70,000 clients nationwide, and has been recognized as an award-winning credit repair service four years running. We invest a multi-six figure annual budget into marketing - paid ads and organic content that consistently produces millions of views per month - which means thousands of fresh leads coming through every month. If you have worked places where the leads dried up or never existed, this is a different situation. The pipeline is funded and it runs.

You will be working warm leads daily, walking prospects through our programs and pricing ($1,800-$3,600 per client), and closing enrollments over the phone. The leads are real, the product has a story that sells, and the people who work it consistently make good money.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Call warm leads - paid ad leads, opener live transfers, and booked appointments
Walk prospects through what credit repair addresses and how our programs are structured
Close enrollments at $1,800-$3,600 per client
Handle live transfers from the opener team and pick up booked calls on time
Log call notes in the CRM after every interaction
Hit your monthly close targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

If the credit repair industry is new to you, this is not the right role. We are looking for people who have done this work and can hit the ground running.

CREDIT REPAIR EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:

✓ 5+ years working in the credit repair industry in a direct sales role

✓ Deep working knowledge of the full credit repair cycle - initial audit, dispute strategy, bureau response handling, client updates, and re-enrollment

✓ You can speak fluently about tradelines, pay-for-delete, goodwill letters, Metro 2 compliance, FCRA Section 611, and FDCPA without being prompted

✓ You have closed credit repair programs at $1,500 or higher and you know how to handle every objection this industry produces

✓ You understand why some clients do not qualify and how to have that conversation without losing the relationship

SALES REQUIREMENTS:

✓ Proven high-ticket phone sales track record - references or verifiable performance history preferred

✓ You manage your own pipeline, follow up without being told, and close without hand-holding

✓ Commission-only income is not a concern - you know how to manage what you earn

✓ Reliable internet, quiet dedicated workspace, and a professional phone setup

PREFERRED:

✓ Experience managing or mentoring junior sales reps in a credit repair environment

✓ Experience with HubSpot (primary CRM) or GoHighLevel - dual familiarity is a strong bonus. Credit Repair Cloud for servicing, IRS Logics for case management, and NMI as a merchant processing platform are all part of the tech stack here

✓ CCRS or CCC certification

COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN

Commission Rate

Monthly Target

$8,000+ (approx. 11-22 closes/month)
