Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physician Liaison, where you will serve as a vital bridge between medical providers and our organization. In this energetic role, you will foster strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote our services and ensure seamless communication. Your proactive approach will help expand our network, enhance patient care collaborations, and support the growth of our clinical programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare community while developing your expertise in medical sales and account management.

Marketing and sales experience, preferably hospice

Verifiable sales success from previous positions

Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers through regular outreach and engagement.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate providers on our services, programs, and new offerings.
Identify opportunities for collaboration by analyzing provider needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
Coordinate and deliver compelling product demos and technical sales pitches tailored to provider requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for outreach campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Track engagement activities, analyze market trends, and prepare reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex information.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence healthcare professionals and team members positively.
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, scheduling visits, and maintaining detailed records.
Proficiency in analysis skills to evaluate market data, provider feedback, and sales performance metrics.
Knowledge of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and technical sales processes is highly desirable.
