ABOUT US

Aloha Products is one of Hawaiʻi's established produce distributors, proudly serving restaurants, retailers, and other foodservice customers. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, quality products, and dependable deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations General Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and help lead our company into the future.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations General Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the business, including warehouse operations, transportation, fleet maintenance, facilities, employee performance, customer satisfaction, and vendor relationships.

This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys building strong teams, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of management experience (distribution, logistics, warehousing, transportation, foodservice, or produce industry preferred).
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple departments simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with inventory, warehouse management, or ERP systems is a plus.
Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and food safety regulations is preferred.
