What Success Looks Like
Your branch is running well, your team is engaged, and your customers know they can count on you.
You create clear expectations and develop your team while holding people accountable for delivering great service. You understand the numbers, know where your opportunities are, and take action to grow sales and improve branch performance.
You stay close to the operation — knowing what’s happening with customers, inventory, employees, safety, and daily workflow. Problems get addressed quickly, and your team knows what is expected of them.
