Job Summary

Anctil Enterprises LLC is a family owned company with several automotive related revenue streams. From automotive detailing to professional auto repair and superior electrical diagnostics, module programming and ADAS calibrations, along with EV repair.

We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and expanding our presence within designated territories. Your passion for sales, combined with your ability to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions, will drive growth and success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development, territory management, and technical sales to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored product demonstrations.
Conduct thorough territory management to maximize coverage and sales potential within assigned regions.
Present technical solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with Management teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or Automotive sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
Ability to conduct technical presentations, and upselling opportunities confidently.
Demonstrated skills in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes effectively.
