Work Location: 3941 15th Ave NW, Fargo, ND 58102 Job Overview:

Enjoy hands-on work and creating quality products? Join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams.

In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule Options:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay: $20.75 / hr.

$2.00/hr. 2nd shift premium
$3.00/hr. 3rd shift premium

relevant experience considered

Highlights of your role:

Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

High school degree or GED
Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reportingF
Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification

Also want to make sure you have:

Capability to stand/work for a 8-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
