Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales Administrator position is responsible for supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties. The ideal candidate must have experience of providing a wide range of office support. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and in office daily, with assigned hours Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITES:

· Respond to customer request via email or by phone

· Enter orders into Global Shop Solutions

· Rescheduling orders when necessary

· Research tracking information

· Assist the Sales Team with various administrative duties

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with both business and personal information

· Willingness to learn other duties as assigned

· Backup for receptionist

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· Good writing skills

· Attention to detail

· Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

· Professional experience preferred
