Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Friday (Weekends as needed)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts receivable for multiple properties, accounts payable for multiple companies, payroll for contractors and agents, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidate will oversee all day to day financial transactions and enter data into Quick books such as Invoices and multiple property payments. Check Emails daily.

Duties

-Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.

-Process contractor labor employees pay and on time .

-Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

-Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

-Prepare financial reports for multiple properties as needed, statements, and checks.

- Assist with year end tax preparation and filing.(Year end 1099/W9 Bookkeeping)

-Maintain organized filing systems and financial documentation.

-Enter and maintain financial data using QuickBooks.

-Provide General office support as needed .

Qualifications

- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a financial office role.

-Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll..

-Proficiency with QuickBooks.

- Understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

-Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills

-Some Knowledge of Real Estate is a PLUS
