Squad Health is looking for experienced specialty and biologics pharmaceutical reps in Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth to introduce practices in their existing book of business to our free prior authorization automation tool and arrange a short product demo. You get paid for every completed demo. That's it.

The opportunity

You already have trusted relationships with specialty prescribers, office managers, and the staff who live in prior-auth purgatory every day. We built the tool that fixes their single biggest administrative headache — and it's free to the practice. Your job is simply to open the door and arrange a demo. Our team runs the demo and handles everything after.

This is a 1099, outcome-based engagement designed to sit alongside your current role. Work your own territory, on your own schedule, and stack demos across the practices you already call on.

What you'll do

Identify specialty/biologics practices in your Houston or DFW book that struggle with prior authorizations, benefits investigations, and appeals.
Make warm introductions and arrange a short demo of Squad Health's platform with the right decision-maker (physician, practice manager, or PA/benefits lead).
Confirm attendance and coordinate scheduling so the demo actually happens.
Hand off to the Squad Health team, who present the tool and manage onboarding.

Who we're looking for

Current or former pharmaceutical / medical sales rep with an established book of business in Houston and/or Dallas–Fort Worth.
Strong existing relationships with specialty or biologics prescribers (derm, rheumatology, GI, neurology, endocrinology, and similar high–prior-auth specialties).
Proven access to physicians and practice staff, and the credibility to get a meeting on the calendar.
Self-directed and comfortable with a pay-for-performance model.
Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor.

Compensation

$100 for every completed, qualified demo, per practice.
Uncapped — the more practices you introduce and get to a completed demo, the more you earn.
Paid on completed demos; no cold products to sell, no quotas to hit.
