What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Project Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping customers succeed and ensuring their experience reflects the Hallmark difference.
You will:

Develop and Manage relationships with commercial fabricators, millwork companies, etc.
Create demand for products (Corian Design® Solid Surface and Quartz ) within the industry.
Maintain architectural specifications created by Hallmark’s commercial specification team to manage the customers material needs, provide accurate and competitive pricing and meet their installation schedules.
Train and educate customers on Hallmark and our products, providing product demonstrations and giving product updates.
Use the investment request process for participation in industry events and trade shows to promote Hallmark offering.
Partner internally with other parts of the organization to cross promote products, share leads and help develop new relationships.
Follow up on leads and projects provided by Hallmark and the product manufacturer.
Use Hallmark’s BluePrint Sales Process to develop and manage opportunities, plan for and execute sales calls with customers and give effective presentations.
Maintain accurate data in ERP System.
Serve as the critical point of escalation for the resolution of customer complaints.
Assist in continuous process improvements as needed.
Perform special projects and other duties assigned by the Commercial Regional Sales Leader.
Use a combination of Email, Zoom Meeting Software, Phone to Phone, and Face to Face meetings to accomplish the responsibilities and duties listed above.
Territory: Texas
This is an outside sales role with some overnight travel.
