We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the strategic direction of our marketing organization across multiple residential home service brands. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention, optimizing the customer lifecycle, and delivering measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, possesses exceptional analytical and leadership skills, and has a proven track record of scaling marketing performance within the HVAC or Plumbing industry. Experience with ServiceTitan Marketing Pro and managing multi-brand marketing initiatives is essential.

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
Partner with executive leadership to establish annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance goals.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives.
Utilize market research and competitive analysis to influence business decisions.

Campaign Management

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Oversee paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, direct mail, television, radio, and local advertising.
Manage promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives that maximize lead generation and conversion.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple markets and business units.

Customer Lifecycle & Retention

Design marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Develop automated customer journeys and retention campaigns utilizing ServiceTitan Marketing Pro and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with Operations and Sales to improve customer experience throughout every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Build referral, membership, and reactivation campaigns that increase recurring revenue.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

Monitor marketing KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing investments.
Build executive-level reporting dashboards and provide actionable business insights.
Make data-driven decisions that improve marketing efficiency and profitability.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor internal marketing team members while managing external agencies and vendor relationships.
Foster collaboration across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership.
Manage marketing budgets responsibly while maximizing return on investment.
Champion innovation by identifying emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Qualifications

Required

5–7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
HVAC or Plumbing industry experience is required
Experience managing marketing efforts across multiple brands or locations
Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, including Marketing Pro and reporting tools
Proven success developing revenue-generating marketing strategies
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies and automation platforms
