Full Job Description

Proposal Coordinator

Saber Power Services, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm providing end-to-end solutions across utility, renewables and battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other markets. Based in Houston, Texas, Saber Power offers deep subject matter expertise and uses an engineering-led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure. Saber serves clients locally, nationally, and abroad.

Saber Power Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Houston, Texas in our Clear Lake area office, reporting to the Manager of TKS Sales and Pre-Construction within SPS’ TKS Sales and Pre-Construction group

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and administrating our Turnkey Solutions (TKS) Division business proposals. Additionally, this position will support the receipt, development and execution of all SPS prequalification packages and agreements in concert with our growth plans. This position will oversee updating all TKS Division’s Salesforce entries, data maintenance, and reporting. This role creates, transfers, and maintains all RFP and proposal related documentation, including resumes, organizational charts, work history, safety documentation, client documentation, and all other proposal-related supporting documentation in order to provide organizational support of our Turnkey Solutions Business, as may be required. This position is classified as hourly on a 9-80 work schedule, however working extended hours to meet client deadlines will be required as applicable

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leading the development of all proposals, including technical and commercial content in support specific project execution strategies and SPS proposal objectives.
Management and tracking of all project proposal development timelines to meet client required dates.
Input of all opportunities and maintenance of those opportunities in Salesforce.
Provide weekly and monthly reports for TKS Division Salesforce tracking and forecasting data as required.
Prepare and maintain all proposal prequalification information, including but not limited to org charts, current and recent projects work history, safety documentation, financial documentation, resumes and similar marketing documents.
Prepare and maintain all standard proposal templates, including budgetary letters, firmprice documents, and other supporting proposal documentation.
Development and submittal, in coordination with SPS’ marketing division, marketing material and news releases Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree preferred from an ABET accredited university.
Technical writing skills and proposal development experience preferred
Strong communication, writing, marketing and interpersonal skills.
Strong Microsoft Office suite and computer typing skills.
Strong Salesforce navigation, reporting, and data structure development skills.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent work efficiency and organizational skills.
Capable of working in parallel on multiple tasks to meet client fast-paced deadlines.
Availability to work and support the TKS Sales division outside of normal business hours as may be required
