Because we aren't asking you to build from scratch. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an existing, well-established $3 million book of business.

Located right in the Heights, we offer a culture that trusts you to do your job without micromanagement. We provide the resources, the leads, and the support team, you provide the relationship-building and the sales drive. If you are tired of corporate bureaucracy and want a clear path to grow your income with uncapped commissions, this is the desk you want to sit at.

What You’ll Be Doing

Taking Ownership: Manage, retain, and service an existing $3M+ portfolio of personal and commercial clients.
Driving Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate new business through referrals and networking to hit our 10% annual growth target.
Building Relationships: Act as the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring they have the right coverage and a phenomenal customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of proven success in insurance account management or sales. (You know how to talk coverage and close a deal).
Licensing: An active Texas Property & Casualty license is required.
Mindset: You are self-motivated, competitive, and want to be paid for your performance. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to hit your goals.

(Note: If you are a highly-driven sales professional outside of the insurance industry looking to make a career pivot, we are open to talking. We will sponsor your licensing and provide full training for the right closer.)

Strong Earning Potential: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
