Nurse Injector — Beyond Beauté Wellness Spa

Location: Clear Lake / Houston, Texas
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time/Flexible Schedule
Compensation: $44–$55 per hour, based on experience
License Required: Active Texas RN or NP license

We’re Not Looking for Everyone. We’re Looking for the Right One.

Beyond Beauté Wellness Spa is growing, and we are expanding into medical aesthetics.

This is not a cold-start med spa with no name, no traffic, and no client trust. Beyond Beauté is already one of the most successful spas in the Clear Lake area, with an established client base that knows us, trusts us, and is ready for more.

The Opportunity

You would be stepping into a strong spa environment with built-in referral potential from loyal clients who already trust Beyond Beauté with their wellness, skincare, and self-care.

We are looking for someone who can help us grow the med spa side with confidence, urgency, and excellent results.

This is not a role for someone who needs to be trained from zero. We need someone who already has hands-on aesthetic injection experience, understands client consultation, knows how to build trust, and can deliver results clients want to come back for.

If you are experienced, focused, and ready to grow with a serious opportunity, this may be the seat.

Who We’re Looking For

Let’s be direct: if you are brand new to injecting, this is probably not the right role.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Injector who has already put in the reps, knows anatomy, has a strong aesthetic eye, and can walk into the treatment room with confidence.

You bring:

Active Texas RN or NP license in good standing
Hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Experience with core med spa services such as microneedling, skin treatments, or related aesthetic services
PDO thread experience is a plus
Strong consultation skills
A steady hand and good clinical judgment
An eye for natural, refined, beautiful results
Professionalism, confidence, and client-focused communication
A current client base or referral network is a plus
The mindset to grow, move fast, and help build something strong

What You’ll Do

Perform injectable and med spa services within your scope of practice
Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Educate clients on expectations, aftercare, and long-term treatment options
Build strong client relationships that support retention, rebooking, and referrals
Follow all medical protocols, documentation requirements, and safety standards
Work with leadership and the spa team to grow the med spa division
Help convert existing spa clients into long-term med spa clients
Deliver excellent results that protect the reputation of Beyond Beauté
