We’re a well-established and rapidly growing refrigerant gas distributor. Our home office and manufacturing plant is in Houston and we distribute our high demand refrigerant gases across the country through our expansive distribution network.

If you have experience in HVAC/Refrigeration sales and want a real opportunity to make money with support and structure, this could be the best move you make in your career.

We do not offer commission-only jobs. What we do offer is:

✅ A growing inventory of HVAC/R refrigerants and supporting products to support growing national demand in every industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with businesses and professionals. The markets we serve include commercial real estate, residential real estate, industrial manufacturing, food manufacturing, medical, transportation and much more
Educate potential customer on the benefits of working with RGAS Refrigerants
Follow up with warm leads and convert interest into long-term customers
Build a recurring revenue stream from your accounts — you earn commission on every repeat order
Become a product expert and provide outstanding service and support

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, commodities, and chemical sales
Comfortable with computer-based sales tools and CRM systems
Organized, proactive, and coachable with strong communication skills
Based in the Houston area and available to work full-time in-office (not remote)
Able to pass a state and federal background check
Able to pass a drug test
Fluent in English and a high school graduate (or equivalent)
