For over 20 years, Café Natalie Catering has been one of Houston's premier catering companies, creating exceptional weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout the Greater Houston area.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Wedding Sales Manager & Event Coordinator to help grow our wedding and event business while ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from inquiry to event day.
Sales Responsibilities
- Respond to wedding, corporate, and social event inquiries.
- Conduct client consultations, venue tours, tastings, and planning meetings.
- Create proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and industry partners.
- Attend networking events, bridal shows, and venue open houses as needed.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Event Coordination Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Coordinate event details with culinary, service, operations, and rental teams.
- Manage timelines, floor plans, staffing plans, and event logistics.
- Ensure all event details are communicated accurately to internal teams.
- Support and oversee on-site event execution.
- Manage client requests and troubleshoot issues during events.
- Ensure every event reflects Café Natalie's standards of excellence and hospitality.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has experience in wedding sales, catering sales, event sales, wedding planning, event coordination, venue sales, hospitality management, or luxury event execution.
You may currently work as a Wedding Sales Manager, Catering Sales Manager, Event Sales Manager, Wedding Coordinator, Wedding Planner, Event Coordinator, Event Manager, Venue Sales Manager, Bridal Consultant, Banquet Manager, Catering Manager, or a similar hospitality-focused role.
You are relationship-driven, highly organized, professional, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, weddings, catering, hospitality, event planning, or event management.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines.
- Professional and polished presence.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with CRM systems, Caterease, HubSpot, Google Workspace, or similar software is a plus.
