Full Job Description

Compensation: $40/hour (first 40 hours) | $60/hour overtime | Estimated annual earnings of $130,000–$150,000+, plus travel assistance and comprehensive benefits.

A wonderful UHNW family in Austin is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 10-month-old and 2.5-year-old . This is a long-term opportunity within a fully staffed household, ideal for a career nanny who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys travel, and is seeking long-term growth with an exceptional family. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, calm under pressure, highly professional, and experienced supporting UHNW families.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional care for a 10-month-old daughter and a 2.5-year-old son
Support daily routines, developmental activities, meals, naps, and bedtime
Drive children to appointments and activities
Travel domestically and internationally with the family
Work collaboratively with household staff, including the private chef
Maintain the children's clothing, nursery, toys, and supplies
Ensure the children's safety, development, and well-being

What We're Looking For

7+ years of professional nanny, governess, or ROTA experience
Previous ROTA experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting UHNW or high-profile families
Strong infant and toddler experience
Comfortable managing children's food allergies
High energy with excellent stamina
Warm, calm, professional, and emotionally mature
Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
Clean driving record
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
Outstanding professional references

Schedule

2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
No overnight responsibilities during regular rotations
Occasional 24-hour compensated coverage during family travel

Compensation & Benefits

$40/hour (first 40 hours worked), $60/hour overtime
Estimated annual earnings of $130,000–$150,000+
Health insurance
Private bedroom and bathroom during working rotations
Meals provided while on duty
Round-trip travel home every two weeks is fully covered
Open to candidates relocating to Austin
All work-related travel expenses, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, are fully covered
No nanny cameras (except when a child is ill)
Long-term opportunity with a respectful, collaborative family

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
