Full Job Description

Telemarketer (B2B Lead Generator / Appointment Setter)

Office, Hybrid, or Remote Options
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Earn up to $45k–55k base + uncapped commission

Are you confident on the phone and skilled at opening doors with decision-makers?
Do you thrive in a high-energy environment focused on outbound outreach and booking appointments?

If you have a proven background in B2B lead generation or appointment setting, we’d like to connect.

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach

Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management

Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales

What We Offer

Up to $45k–55k base salary + uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus
