Full Job Description

Petal + Stem Aesthetic and Longevity Institute is seeking a compassionate and experienced aesthetic injector to join our growing physician-led medical aesthetics team. Our ideal candidate will be highly skilled in medical aesthetics and is dedicated to deliver natural and beautiful results. Aesthetic procedures that the candidate will perform will include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and PRF. We are looking for a professional who is experienced, passionate about aesthetics, committed to patient safety and is motivated to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

· Administer injectable treatments including botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, PRF and Sculptra confidently.

· Conduct thorough patient assessments, review medical histories, and create customized and comprehensive treatment plans.

· Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.

· Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential side effects.

· Monitor patients during and after procedures, providing immediate support if adverse reactions occur.

· Stay current with aesthetic industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing training and development.

· Collaborate with our medical aesthetics team to ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation to follow-up.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and referrals.

· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

· Active Minnesota RN, PA or NP.

· Experience as an aesthetic nurse injector, with strong knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF and Sculptra. Submitting before and after photos of the above performed treatments will be requested.

· Strong understanding of anatomy, facial balancing, and safe injection techniques.

· Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on safety and natural results.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and guide patients.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in aesthetic medicine.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Hourly and commission models based on experience
