No insurance license or experience? Perfect — that's exactly who we want to train.

Compensation — straight with you

$42,000 base ($3,500/month) + performance bonus

Here's something most agencies won't admit: we'd rather build a great service rep from scratch than inherit someone else's bad habits. If you've got the people skills, we'll teach you insurance the right way — our way — with no habits to unlearn.

We sponsor your path to a Texas license: we cover your study materials (the bulk of the cost) and part of the licensing process. You cover the state exam fee itself — a little skin in the game. We also cover your continuing education for as long as you're with us.

The best service reps rarely start in insurance. They come from front desks and service counters — jobs where you handle people, paperwork, and problems at the same time, and get judged on how the customer felt at the end:

Dental & medical front office — you've already verified coverage, explained benefits to people who didn't want to hear it, and kept a full waiting room calm. That is this job, almost line for line.
Veterinary & specialty clinic front desk — you've handled worried people, tight schedules, and payment conversations nobody enjoys, without losing the warmth.
Bank tellers & credit union member services — you handle other people's money accurately in a regulated environment, and you know a small error isn't a small error. Accuracy under pressure is most of this role.
Property management & leasing offices — renewals, documentation, and the person on the other side of the desk who isn't happy about a number. Sound familiar?
