Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their insurance portfolios with enthusiasm and expertise. Your energetic approach will drive client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and support the growth of our commercial insurance services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and multilingual abilities to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through proactive communication and personalized service
Present tailored insurance solutions by leveraging your knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, utilizing effective negotiation techniques
Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and client records management
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other insurance regulations
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage options for clients while maintaining profitability

Qualifications

Licensed P&C for Kansas required
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for effective sales management
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance and licensing requirements
Exceptional customer relationship building capabilities paired with outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
