Full Job Description

Young At Heart is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Care Aides, and CNAs to join our team! We are currently hiring for part-time weekend positions to provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in the comfort of their own homes located in Justice, La Grange, Riverside and nearby communities.

In this role, you will provide one-on-one support based on each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.

We are currently seeking caregivers with weekend availability. Regular Saturday and Sunday daytime and evening shifts are available, making this a great opportunity for individuals seeking a consistent part-time schedule.

This part-time weekend position typically offers approximately 6-12 hours per week, depending on client assignments, availability, and travel radius. Caregivers who are open to split shifts or multiple client assignments may have opportunities for additional hours.

In-person interviews will be held at Young At Heart, 300 Village Circle, Unit A, Willow Springs, IL 60480.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred- We are willing to train great candidates for those that do not have experience
Saturday and Sunday availability is required
Experience caring for individuals with dementia or memory loss is preferred.
Reliable transportation required
Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to travel to clients' homes located in La Grange, Riverside, Justice and surrounding Chicagoland communities.
Must successfully complete an IDPH criminal background check and fingerprinting.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care.
