Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Handle all front desk duties including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems, manage data entry tasks, and update spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic clerical duties.
Use computer skills to prepare documents, proofread correspondence, and perform word processing tasks with attention to detail.
Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and providing excellent service to enhance client communication.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.
Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, office management software, and basic computer literacy.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations effectively.
