Coeur d'Alene, ID | Spokane, WA | Sandpoint, ID | Full-Time | $25–$35/hr, DOE
Primarily In-Person / Hybrid Flexibility Available

About the Opportunity

Bolton Law, PLLC is a growing firm with offices across the Inland Northwest — and we are looking for a sharp, experienced, and self-starting Paralegal to grow with us. You will work directly alongside our attorneys on active family law matters, manage real deadlines, and play a meaningful part in what happens for our clients.

What You Will Do

Prepare and manage legal pleadings, motions, and court filings in compliance with applicable court rules
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and case materials management
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel to keep matters moving
Maintain organized, accurate case files and records
Track and coordinate case deadlines to ensure timely filings and submissions
Provide broad litigation support to attorneys across all stages of a case

What We Are Looking For

Required:

At least two years of paralegal experience, preferably in Family Law
(Recent paralegal program graduates with strong academic records and a demonstrated interest in litigation are encouraged to apply)
Knowledge & experience of court filing procedures, including e-filing systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational ability — you manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
High degree of integrity when handling confidential client information
Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

A Plus:

Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA, or equivalent)
Familiarity with Idaho and/or Washington state court rules and procedures
